My all-time favorite thing about my job is re-uniting with old friends during the very important times in their lives. I was so lucky to be a part of Jordan and Brent’s rehearsal day festivities last month in Raleigh. Jordan and I grew up together since our times at Daniels Middle School, played basketball together in middle and high school and I think the world of her! I also grew up with Brent, who lived right down the street from me so it was so great to see that the two have found happiness with each other and celebrated that happiness the weekend of June 15th and 16th. The Rehearsal Day (June 15th) started with the fabulous bridesmaids luncheon. Jordan’s mother, Donna, and the members of her bridge club do the absolute best job putting together a luncheon. This was the third that I’ve had the honor of photographing in this group of ladies and I’m always beyond impressed!
There was no missing this luncheon with the street sign (above) decorated like Jordan’s wedding dress!!!
Above, gifts were decorated with sparkly ladybugs. Growing up, Jordan was known fondly as “ladybug” and I remember her mother cheering on her little ladybug from the bleachers at basketball games 🙂

Later that day, everyone heads over to White Memorial for the wedding rehearsal
