Today I’m sharing a very special family portrait session with you. I had the honor of photographing Meredith and Bryan’s Biltmore Estate Wedding in 2008 and 6 years later met their two beautiful daughters for some family photos in the same place. It’s moments like these that really hit home with me as a wedding photographer. Since I’ve been shooting weddings in Asheville since 2006, I’m starting to have more and more opportunities to follow up with previous clients like this and nothing makes me happier. While things continue to change and grow around us, I’m reminded that certain things don’t change, like the value of a memory and the innocence of children running around the beautiful place where mommy and daddy were married years ago, and on a more personal note, my love for my clients and my job.
