SOOOO Excited to share this sweet wedding with you today! On October 18, my assistant Emily and I traveled down to Charleston, SC (my first time) to document the wedding of my long-time friend Nikki and her husband, Dan. I love shooting weddings of people I know and love and this was no exception! So much love in this spot on this day. Nikki and Dan met at a Bike Co-op event and bike riding has always been a shared love and a big part of their relationship so I loved the ways that that was incorporated into their wedding day (the bike wheel archway they were married under and of course the tandem bike they rode off on after the reception). These two outdoor lovers were blessed with the perfect day for an outdoor celebration! I was very inspired by the new scenery John’s Island offered and really enjoyed my first weekend in the Charleston area. Here are some highlights from this beautiful day! Enjoy!
