This past Sunday, I had the unique honor of being a part of the most intimate of wedding ceremonies. Diane and Billy eloped at the
Old Edwards Inn. Their friend and minister, Sarah, did an inspirational job with the ceremony and it really meant a lot to the couple that their close friend conducted the ceremony (and I could tell it meant a lot to Sarah, too). And it meant a lot to me that they chose me to be the other invited guest to document such a meaningful day in their lives.
Diane and Billy were
engaged at the
Westin Sun Dial in Atlanta, GA (photos beautifully done by
Anne and Dan photography). Diane describes herself as a “city girl” and Billy as a “country boy” but one hour with this couple and I could tell that they were just right for each other.
Ok I’ll let the photos tell the rest of the story…
Sarah (above) thoughtfully strings Diane and Billy’s rings around her neck for safe-keeping.
Diane and Billy share their first communion as husband and wife (below).
I want to make it clear that this photo above was NOT posed!! This is just how cute this couple is!!
Diane and Billy, thank you so much for including me in your very special love-filled day! I wish you a life full of love and happiness!
