Last Saturday, July 2, 2011, I spent the day with an old friend and her new husband on her family’s gorgeous land in Wake Forest, NC. The day was full of whimsy, love, and romance and I was thrilled to be a part of everything!
Sallie and I grew up on the stage together in Raleigh, NC doing musical theater! I was so thrilled when Sallie told me about her engagement and even more excited when I had the chance to meet Nick when they visited Asheville a while back.
The wedding day on their family farm was more than a success! Everyone chipped in and made this day truly spectacular for both Sallie and Nick! From the flowers to the perfect southern food, this event was homegrown and magical 🙂
