I’m THRILLED to announce that I have had two images place in the most recent WPJA contest, the 2011 Q2 Contest. The above image won 4th place in the category “Ceremony” and was taken at the Raleigh wedding of Erin Duke and Joe Dillon. What a cutie pie!!!
The image below, taken from Ann Pearson and Daniel Whitney’s downtown Asheville wedding, won 17th place in the category “Photos of the Bridal Party”.
The WPJA (Wedding Photojournalists Association) is international and has members all over the world. They receive tons of image entries for every one of their contests and I’m always beyond thrilled when any of my images place! These images mark my 6th and 7th WPJA wins over my 5 years as a member.
