Happy Easter! It’s official, Spring is here, the flowers are blooming and love is all around. Chad and Jessica had the perfect wedding weekend as far as I could tell. First of all, the weather was beyond perfect with a peaceful breeze and the trees in the Carolina Inn courtyard were blooming and gorgeous. The night of the rehearsal dinner, Duke Lost and Carolina Won ( to those of you not from North Carolina, the rivalry between these schools is such that Carolina fans are almost more excited over a Duke loss than a Carolina win). On the wedding day, March 16, Carolina won their second round ACC tournament game five minutes before the ceremony began. A great setting for a celebration for a group of UNC Alums. Chad and Jessica met on UNC campus almost 12 years ago. Chad proposed to Jessica in Chapel Hill and now the two choose this setting to tie the knot. Everything went off without a hitch (also due to the hard work of Kailey and her crew from Southern Soiree) and everyone had a blast. Here are the highlights from the big day:
