Katie and John at Camp Pinnacle in Hendersonville, NC

Katie and John were married on April 28 at Camp Pinnacle here in western North Carolina. There was so much genuine sweetness and love in the air! I hope you enjoy the highlights from this amazing day.  You at least have to scroll down to the part where they arrive to their reception on Canoe! Big thanks to Morgan Ford, my second photographer.

Irene and Bruce at Yesterday Spaces

Continuing to catch up on blog posts from last fall, today I’m sharing the absolutely stunning mountain wedding of Irene and Bruce. These two were married on Oct. 21, 2017 at Yesterday Spaces just outside of Asheville, NC. It was the ultimate fall day as far as the weather was concerned. The air was perfect, the sun was warm, and there was beautiful color on the trees! Irene and Bruce were both glowing in such a beautiful way, overflowing with an abundance of joy all day. Here are some highlights from their special day:

Katherine and Melissa at the Fields of Blackberry Cove

What a sweet wedding day to share!! Katherine and Melissa were so adorable together and their day was full of loads of love and support from their friends and family. These two beautiful brides tied the knot at the Fields of Blackberry Cove in Weaverville, NC on Oct. 20 of this past year (yes, I’m slowly catching up on blog posts in my off season this year). Here are some highlights from Katherine and Melissa’s sweet wedding day:

Megan and Patrick at Claxton Farm

Megan and Patrick tied the knot on a sunny October day (14, 2017) at Claxton Farm in Weaverville, NC (just outside of Asheville).  Besides being one of the most adorable couples I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in my many years as a photographer, these two were also both so sweet, so intelligent and so obviously well-matched. It was such a joy to play a part in their wedding day!

Big thanks to my second photographer, Morgan Ford, who helped me capture this special day!

MacKenzie and Justin at the Lake Lure Inn

Jumping ahead a little bit to October 7, 2017 for MacKenzie and Justin’s beautiful, warm wedding day at the 1921 Lake Lure Inn and Spa. I absolutely love working out here on the lake, the scenery is unmatchable! The open-faced mountain views (near Chimney Rock) combined with the lake and adorable town make Lake Lure a magical setting. Not to mention, the film dirty dancing (original) was filmed here, the Inn is on the national historic sites registry and is just filled to the brim with interesting and quirky art , well-manicured gardens, and amazing people!

Speaking of amazing people, big thanks to Regina Holder for second shooting this wedding with me!

Here are some highlights from Mackenzie and Justin’s love-filled wedding day:
